Refund policy

Please note we cannot offer refunds for delivered orders inwhich the reason you would like to obtain a refund is due to you having changed your mind.

Please inspect your order as soon as possible and contact us immediately if any items are  damaged or are missing from your order. In the event that item(s) in your order are damaged you will be offered either a full refund for the damaged item(s) or be offered a replacement.
