If your order is lost* or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

*Please allow 14 days from the order dispatch date to claim the order as lost.

 

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
